The scenario is that you have just had a beautiful renovation and your space is looking spectacular only for you to wake up the next morning and the South African wildlife have made a horrible mess all over your new surfaces.

Most often than not this would be birds, but not to worry as The Sealing Company have proven themselves in almost every situation like this. The affected areas would need a deep clean and brick sealer of which The Sealing Company offers.

Once the affected area has had a deep clean and sealed with the correct brick sealer product you are good to go. One may ask but what if this happens again? Once our brick sealer has penetrated the porous surface of the tile or brick it cannot absorb any other foreign liquids, some may say your surface is now hydrophobic. This prevents future staining and makes for easy, fast effective brick paver cleaning in the future.

Time after time customers contact the Sealing Company after they have had a paving or tiling installation and lo and behold they have had visitors over whose cars have unfortunately dropped oil on their newly laid surface.

Obviously this is something that you would want to avoid but fortunately The Sealing Company can definitely assist. With our deep cleaning machinery and expertise The Sealing Company is able to remove most stains and re-instate your newly paved surface into showroom condition. With a range of matt, gloss and invisible paver sealer products to choose from we can easily achieve a better than new finished product.

The Sealing Company accomplishes this by using the correct chemicals with the correct application and years of experience. As we know most surfaces are porous and absorb most liquids that are dropped onto the surface, however once The Sealing Company as completed our trade in your house, home or business, the surface is no longer porous (hydrophobic) therefore nasty stains cannot be absorbed which may cause permanent damage and spoil the affected areas.

In most cases simulated rocks stone tiles and bricks are porous and could lead to major staining of substances such as motor oil, cooking oil, beverages and other food items.

In most instances the Sealing Company cleans and seals based mainly on three things,

The product laid has been grouted and has residual grout left on the surface and needs to be cleaned off because it is hiding the natural beauty of a specified product or just makes your new installation look shabby.

The desired area has become grimy and dirty, this could be a result of a high traffic area or that time has taken its toll on the surface.

The third main reason for sealing is prevention and protection.

Of course there are more reasons but these are the most common. In most cases simulated rocks stone tiles and bricks are porous and could lead to major staining of substances such as motor oil, cooking oil, beverages and other food items. The Sealing Company products in our opinion are far superior than what is currently available in most hardware stores now as we have had no yellowing of the product or peeling as some of our customers have experienced with a third party installation. Sealing floors and walls play a crucial role in the longevity of the desired surface in terms of retaining the original colour and appearance. In our professional opinion, for easy cleaning and overall protection of surfaces brick sealing is essential.
